A brief description of the rules is:
1. It is still Folk style
The " Stalemate" is still folk and not the shortened freestyle stalemate
That way breakdowns and turns are still able to be scored
2. All restarts are back on your feet
Basically the whistle blows, start of period, out of bounds, etc.... kids go back onto their feet
3.Step out while in neutral position it's 1pt
Scrambles during take down, or from top or bottom position there is no point. Additionally, the points do not combine. A take down that lands out of bounds is still just 2pts.
Everything else is just typical Folk style.
Please review these rule as written by an official for a more in depth explanation.
